Ah yes, I love starting the month at a 0% on our work surveys because "I don't give fives because we can always strive for better" but anything less than a five is a fail in corporate's eyes.

First day back to work and I've got a lady screaming at me about having to use SCO, the couple who wants $200 in fabric but in like 1-2 yards per each of the like 40 bolts, and a guy who took out a false tooth to ask if we sold a plastic similar to what he made it out of.
