I know I don't keep up with things as well as I should but when did Congress declare war on Venezuela???
According to our Constitution only congress can declare war. Trump can can call it whatever he likes but this is war. This is our country INVADING another country!

So, for 2026 the cost of living adjustment is going to be 2.8%. That's not exactly keeping up with the soaring prices!
People in congress should get the same COLA that we do! Maybe then, they'd make the amount more than $40. That's not going to go far (or at all) in this economy.
