Yesterday I had a moment of growth.. instead of being grumpy to the babe and potentially making an issue bc my brain was misleading me (relationship trauma) I realized I just wanted some attention so I said that and low and behold was met with a gentle validating loving responce

As someone who has always been the physical care giver it’s refreshing being able to experience being taken care of. Being able to be the one to wake up to coffee and breakfast in the mornings is so nice
