lately i've been wondering why there seem to be so many trans cartoonists, especially novices prompted in part by their transitions. i'm rereading scott mccloud and think i found part of the answer

maybe if i hadn't exhausted my discretionary budget for the month on transgender comic books, i would have been able to afford a scanner... oh well! there's always the next payday
