Arizona State University is doubling down on their shock collar study in collaboration with shock jock and science denier Ivan Balabanov. It’s a troubling move for a university that should prioritize welfare and evidence. Full breakdown on my Instagram/Facebook pages.

Evidence-based dog training is often mislabeled as “ideology,” but it’s rooted in science and modern welfare ethics, not beliefs. Unlike rigid ideologies, it adapts to new research, prioritizing a dog’s well-being and emotional state over outdated methods focused solely on control and suppression.

The entire plot of ‘Wicked’ is just Galinda being a neoliberal while Elphaba wants to actually advance the world, and that’s why their friendship ends. It’s giving ✨my Instagram page✨ energy 😂

Ever been called ‘divisive’ in the animal care world or politics? True unity isn’t about aligning with those who use or condone violence against animals in the name of ‘training’ or ‘compromise’. True unity is built on shared principles and integrity, not compromising with harm.

It’s estimated that cops kill 10,000 dogs per year. This is what happens when the state holds a monopoly on violence, legally allowed to harm without accountability. This system is broken, tragic, and rooted in oppression. Abolish the cycle of violence. #ACAB

Blind obedience is outdated. Earning enthusiasm is the future. Train with joy, not force, and watch your dog eagerly choose to engage. Compliance is the past; cooperation is the goal. 🐾 #DogNerd #RPlusTraining #DogLovers #Dogs #DogSky

Let’s get the word out! It’s time to dismantle inhumane dog training methods and the systems of oppression they reflect. This is a space for those who care about collective liberation, dogs included. Together, we can rewrite what it means to coexist with respect, empathy, and justice for all!

Dog training’s roots are tangled in systems of control and exploitation, just like many oppressive practices. From law enforcement to daily life, it’s time to examine the intersection of professional animal care and oppression. Dogs deserve liberation too. Let’s rethink the status quo in all areas!
