I’ve been making really good progress in the #gym and with my #running journey. I’m now able to comfortably run 3miles and got up to 3.1 miles at a 9:37 pace.
I am actually super proud of myself for this. My self control and determination are pulling me through.

Started #running about 8 weeks ago. Tonight I made it a full 3 miles for the first time without stopping. Proud of myself!

Also, #Gym Gays, Does it make you uncomfortable when you see an older man noticeably and obviously checking out young women and teen girls at the gym who don’t notice them? Like they’re staring at them while they workout and the girl is facing the other way?
