Absolutely wild that phones can just run Fall Guys now, and the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL can run it maxed out. Fucking insanity, as someone who came from the age of N64 emulation being dogwater on Android when I got into it....

Shout-out to the bartenders who, upon going to toss out an old monitor, saw my tech-lovin' ass staring at it and gave it to me, completely free. They didn't want it, so I lucked out LMAO
Funny thing? It's the best monitor I've ever owned, personally. It works great, 1080p, 60Hz and nice colors.

Being a kid into emulation from an early age [so like, mid 2000s onward], I have this... weird want to learn so much about all my devices. Linux is great for that, as there is so much to learn.
I say I like more complicated tech, but then I use a Google Pixel lol

Honestly, the main thing that drew me to Linux initially was KDE Plasma and how pretty it looked. This was stock KDE, and in 2021. 2024 now and still a huge KDE fan and daily driver with no signs of changing anytime soon.
KDE Plasma is just kinda like if what I loved about Windows 7 continued on.

Like most things in life, "live and let be" is absolutely a sound opinion to hold, honestly. Sure, some grand-scheme things go on surrounding Linux, but most people just use the damn desktops and enjoy their gaming, etc.
It doesn't always need to be so harsh on both ends.

Linux isn't nearly as bad as some say, nor the second coming of Christ. At a base level, it's there as an option, and in that role, I find it fits best.
It's flexible for many use cases, but some just aren't quite ready, willing, or desire to move at all; and that's just fine.

Nintendo Music app... I know it'll be cool to some, but again, it's not something that I'm personally interested in. Nintendo just... isn't interesting to me, right now. There's a few games, but with the Switch 2 lurking I have my eyes and ears peeled for that over anything.
