Today was pretty decent I'm feeling emotionally better to a degree hopefully it keeps up🤞

Been feeling pretty lonely lately and I'm worried my mental health will spiral downwards I just want companionship to not feel so alone

Anyone got tips and tidbits for socialising? My anxiety has always made it hard and I feel I'm lacking the skills that most have.
