Re-packed my ruck with books after the can exploded yesterday. 41 pounds at 45 minutes. Gotta make up the 11 pounds somehow…good thing I’ve got more space at the bottom of the ruck— and a lot more books

Week 2: started out at 35 pounds, up from 25-27 at the end of last week. Ruck was way too top heavy today. Rearranged the contents so it’s more evenly distributed. Might be a little bottom heavy now but hey, at least my shoulder won’t bug me tomorrow

First ruck in five years. 10 pounds, 30 minutes, almost 2 miles. Good baseline. Need to tweak shoulder straps and get taller socks. Looking forward to seeing the numbers go up over the next twelve months!
