I had the very exciting (& a tiny bit scary) occasion to lead a conversation with 4 #Physics Nobel Laureates about wellbeing and sustainability at the #GYSS2025 last month. Personal takeaway: doing good science is about constantly learning new things and having fun in the process!

What a brilliant start of the year with two experiments from @qcrew-sg.bsky.social published in PRX Quantum! Both are investigations we did using a single qubit coupled to a cavity in the standard bosonic cQED systems, which are small devices but such rich #quantum playgrounds!

Reinforcement learning can be used to improve qubit readout in superconducting devices. Additionally, the predicted readout pulse can be practically implemented.
