Thank you, Harvard University, for standing up for democracy by refusing Trump’s bid to take you over.

Where’s Elon? He awfully quiet right now. What quiet new devastation is he wreaking?

Courts holding the line are fantastic! Bernie Sanders and AOC doing meetings with people is phenomenal! Now could other powerful figures like the Clintons, Bush, Obama, Harris, and others join with Sanders and AOC and get a huge movement going we could join?

Re-reading The Flanders Panel and finding it as riveting as I did long years ago.

So Musk has access to all of our info: DOB, SS#, bank account #(s): will
my FEMA flood insurance payment be worth anything? When I pay my Fed taxes, into whose pocket will that go?

What do I owe to a shredded gov that is trying to destroy me?

Merlin likes to bite paper. I bring in the weekly grocery ads; Merlin clips his own coupons.

In a couple of hours I will get to be 66 years old—and what a wonderful era to be this age! I am so fortunate to be able to look around and say I’d like to learn to paint or learn a new language or learn to sew or get more fit, whatever, and it’s all there at the tips of my fingers. ❤️

Boo-Boo went as far as to put one paw on the carpet but couldn’t quite bring himself to come inside yet. Arthur, another stray, makes
It very clear that he is now family enough to protest intruders. Merlin, the first adoptee and rightful owner of the house, has retired to his “suite.” 😊

Wishing all of you a beautiful day of giving thanks for that is good in our lives, all of the challenges that we have risen to, and all of the loved ones we have and have known but who have passed. And until we can find you and help, prayers for the less fortunate and the homeless.

Clark is a rescue. He was eight when we met five happy years ago. (And Merlin cat was barely two weeks old when I brought him home from a parking lot—and there are 2 more semi-feral cats enjoying food and shelter here). 😊
