Haven't opened these 2 containers for years and the books inside are dirty and ruined. There are also 1 container of vhs tapes but I don't have the player anymore.

I was watching 'Watch Your Back'(a c-drama about police vs thieves). There was this mute character and I thought the actor was very impressive. So I looked him up on MDL and it's Guo Cheng --> The Untamed's Lan Jingyi.
In A League of Nobleman, I also thought his acting was better than the 2nd ML.

I was watching 'Watch Your Back'(a c-drama about police vs thieves). There was this mute character and I thought the actor was very impressive. So I looked him up on MDL and it's Guo Cheng --> The Untamed's Lan Jingyi.

Finished watching War of Faith for the 3rd time.
Republican era dramas are usually about spies, but WoF is different.
I thought the original scipt must be so good, yet it didn't get a nomination at the Magnolia. I guess the final result must be the hard work of the cast and crew.

My feeling when I left the cinema after watching Yibo movies:
Born to Fly: I wish my country also makes such a patriotic movie.
Hidden Blade: the war is really cruel (couldn't stop thinking about those villagers buried in the mud)
One and Only : that was so satisfying!

I like One and Only《热烈》very much. [I hate the English title.]

I watched Endless Journey yesterday. Zhang Yi did a good job, but he often played as a police. This movie has a drama series version, starring Qin Hao, who also did a good job but I didn't see QH got any nomination.

I bought this set of Yibo85 tissue. The paper is more durable than standard tissue and it has cute patterns, too 🥰

Finished watching We Are Criminal Police. It was very good. It's not easy to solve cases. A good leader is a must and the subordinates also have to have endurance and are willing to work hard.
Someone says the cases are real, so I googled a bit and found one of the cold cases in the drama was real:

I once recommended The Untamed to my uncle. He didn't like it. My guess is because the fighting scenes are not many.
Then he watched Legend of Fei. He liked it because the actors were young. I kept my mouth shut, didn't tell him that the ML was also in the Untamed & that the FL was 10 yrs older.
