Thanks to my new followers. I have a request. Please read my profile. I follow people that have something to add to the conversation. If you want me to follow back, please post something yourself and not just reposts. Chances are that I've seen the reposts already.

An article in the Oregonian explained that the protests at the ICE facility was drawing more and more "streamers." In fact the streamers are streaming the streamers. Their followers love conflict. Video evidence is necessary, but a few are making money off your presence.

In Washington County, Oregon, we passed the library levy and the public safety levy. Why? We need both. Libraries and their programs support their communities in more ways including providing an alternative to doing nothing.

So it's Medicare open enrollment again. This morning at 6:45, I got a call from someone asking about my Medicare Plan. Definitely didn't change their clocks, but 7:45 would not have been good either. And on a Sunday.

On January 30, 1649, Charles I of England was executed for treason and other crimes after a vote by Parliament. This led in part to the English Revolution that delivered a regulated and restricted monarchy. Just saying.

I am irritated by some of the posts here that belittle and shame those who happened to be registered as a Democrat. I know you are unhappy about our politicians, but damn it, as soon as we fight among ourselves our mission is lost.

I've been out of town and away from the war-ravaged Portland area all weekend. In my travels, people did not care or simply did not know how ravaged we were. Oh, there were a couple that had stayed informed. They were very supportive of the truth. Guess where I was.

Every once in a while, I send a little note to trump. I used to nice notes back about participating in the democracy and a treatise of trump's accomplishments (false of course). Now nothing about his accomplishments. He's finally come to realize he's made none.

Does anyone know when this will happen? Can't find anything locally at this time. And what is our defense plan?

Just tried to make my vaccine appointment at Fred Meyer. Filled out all the information for my husband and me. After the required information, there were questions about sex, gender, race and ethnicity. I could enter "not specified" for race and ethnicity.

We need to start calling for impeachment. Trump has committed domestic and international crimes. Time to call on our representatives to start the process.

So here's a thought running around my brain today. trump is threatening our 1st amendment rights. So he's set up the ability to arrest you. If you have a gun, what is the first thing the DOJ will do?

It is time to write to every democrat that voted yes on the resolution to honor charlie kirk. Each democrat that voted yes is complicit in spreading hate in this country.

Today, I'm giving a shout out to Powell's bookstore or Powell's City of Books. They are a private company in Portland, OR. So look to them instead of Amazon for books. You can order from them. And the best part, they also sale used books to save you money.

Does anyone want to know what happened to Tootie Smith, the former Chair of Clackamas County? She's the new director of Farm Services of Oregon, a reward from trump. Isn't that special.

Why did Chicago get so much press when trump threatened them with military take over and hardly anything is being written about Memphis? The answer is a glaring reality.

In Harry Potter's world, there were clear lines between good and evil. To think any less of the muggle born witches and wizards or muggles in general was bad. Get it Republicans?
