So I know people clowned on Blizzard when they said 'people thought they wanted classic WoW but they don't', and I can totally understand why, but I wonder if this post is what they had in mind when they said this?

In any case, the scenario in this post is more accurate than folks realise.

Frequently wrong about themselves Sure, there are complex psychological issues at play, but surely people can at least be trusted to tell you about themselves, right? Unfortunately not. A particular AAA developer I know of once sent surveys to 1000 players asking them which game they had played the most, then compared it with the data of what they had actually played. Not a single one answered correctly. Zero out of one thousand players could remember their own habits enough to tell which game they’d played the most. Player answers were so consistently wildly wrong that the team involved thought that their data must have been corrupted. Upon validating that it was in fact accurate, they went back to the players and told them what their actual most played games were, and every single one said something along the lines of “OH! Right. Well, that makes sense”. When people tell you things they’re really telling you the stories they tell themselves about themselves, and those stories may not have anything at all to do with reality.

Remember: When you playtest a game, never take players’ feedback/suggestions at face value. Figure out what emotion is underneath what they’re telling you, and then figure out what in the game is causing that emotion

Question to all Yakuza/Like a Dragon enjoyers. I ask out of ignorance. I've heard words that the new Kiwami 3 might actually be different enough from the original 3 that it might it continue a new 'timeline' so to speak. If I were to do a series play at some point, still worth doing OG 3?

Since the start of this year, approximately 52 server strikes were issued by mods of the AP Discord server in relation to Rule 3 (piracy). Many of those affected claim they didn't know downloading ROMs are illegal (as far as their jurisdiction is concerned anyway). So it leaves me with this question

There are still quite a few occasions where someone says hi to me, we exchange pleasantries and small talk, and then just kinda stops.....expecting me to continue.
