I’m not sure how I managed to live in Mexico for more than two years without knowing about bueñelos. Stay away if you’re trying to not to add addictive foods to your diet.

They raped them.
Sex implies consent.

Whenever I walk past a jackfruit tree, I just giggle. They are so absurd! The fruit just pops out of the side of the tree in such a bizarre way. It is delicious though!

I finished North Woods by Daniel MasonIt took me awhile to process the story and decide if I liked it I have decided that I loved it.It’s a complex,well written story of a house and the stories that pass through it over the years.Not an easy read,but a really satisfying one.
