I'm running an online yoga workshop on 22nd Dec from 7pm-8.30pm (UK time). We'll celebrate the Winter Solstice with some serious chilling out, which will set us up nicely for the Big Day, if you celebrate, later that week.

Our new classes at SkyPark Glasgow have had a brilliant start! Great weather in our lovely new space. Classes are at the new time of 12.30pm-1.15pm in SkyPark 2. Everyone is welcome. Thanks to Kris kriskesiak.com for the amazing photographs and SkyPark Management for their constant support.
