I’m rebranding my online yoga studio with 3 different types of classes:
1- Vinyasa (for folx who’ve had prior experience with yoga.
2-Thereputic Yoga- gentle yoga in a chair that doesn’t require an existing
DM for details on how to join.

We as a people have become obsessed with our phones and apps. I’m worried about our young people who can’t read, write, or have an intelligent conversation without looking at their phone.
