I feel like Go code base is no longer a good sample to learn how to write good commit messages. At Google, we were taught to elaborate on commit messages to help reviewers and readers in the future understand the intention and the overview of the commit.

I feel like Go code base is no longer a good sample to learn how to write good commit messages. At Google, we were taught to elaborate on commit messages to help reviewers and readers in the future understand the intention and the overview of the commit.
