It looks like this model of climate mitigation scenarios produced by the Stanford Energy Modeling Forum, funded mostly by fossil fuel companies and co-led by the former president of a fossil fuel lobby group, ignores climate damage. Or am I missing something? www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...

Funder perks of the Natural Gas Initiative, part of the Stanford Doerr School of "Sustainability." Biggest funders are ExxonMobil, Shell, ConocoPhillips, and GTI Energy. Lots of sold-to-the-highest-bidder energy... Yet some professors claim no funder influence. ngi.stanford.edu/industrial-a...
