New paper led by postdoc Kai Sun: www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.... High-quality labeled data are fundamentally important for training high-quality GeoAI models. We developed a data annotation tool, GALLOC, that facilitates the creation of high-quality data from disaster-related text messages.
