I'd like people to suggest Youtube videos to me. No serious topics. Just niche things you find interesting. I want to broaden my horizons and Youtube's algorithm is afraid I'll click off of anything new.
Starbound. Leaving aside my personal bad experiences dealing with Chucklefish employees, they took money to develop the game and spent it on publishing other people's games, dropped a large amount of the promised content, and claimed credit for things they took from modders. Absolute fraud.

The fact that in Fate, literary figures can become Servants if they're famous enough is so funny to me. Like imagine thinking that you're sure to win because you managed to summon some big name hero like King Arthur or Gilgamesh, and then the dweeb Caster pulls off his glasses to use heat vision.

Been a while since I posted about Esoteric Weapons, but I was struck by inspiration. I envision Spirit Swords as one-handed, but I love the imagery of gripping the sword with both hands and pouring more aura into the blade.

I'm not really against people using AI for personal enjoyment or to cover gaps in their skills, but I feel like passing this "tell" around, mainly because I WANT AI creators to hide it.
In AI created songs, the lyrics often have very simple rhyming. Mainly just using couplets with basic vocabulary.

I feel this way about The Outer Worlds, but in reverse. I see a lot of people say they found it shallow, boring, or corny. Meanwhile, what I remember is having a lot of freedom and choice, solid gameplay, and a setting that actually becomes chillingly believable when you start looking at history.
Sometimes I see people enjoying a game I hated and I just want to ask them if we played the same game.

It's easy to make something scary unsettling. What really takes creativity is making something that seems like a good thing feel ominous. To create cosmic horror out of hope.

I'm a meat-eater. Unapolagetically love the full spectrum of animal products, and never once have I found a plant-based alternative that tastes like the real thing. But listen. Listen. Sometimes? Sometimes vegan stuff tastes good in its own right. Not like meat, but good.

Wanting to know more about my family tonight turned into learning that I have no living grandparents anymore. The last - my maternal grandfather - passed in 2016, and I don't remember anyone telling me about it.
Genuinely don't know how I feel. I've lived ten years without them not knowing.
