This means people will be forced to break the law regarding handling of classified documents when they are directed to work with or hand classified information to officials who do not have clearance for that information. Or else they resign, further weakening the agency for which they work.
Trump’s transition team is bypassing traditional FBI background checks for at least some of his Cabinet picks while using private companies to conduct vetting of potential candidates for administration jobs.
