Also, just look out for each other, if you notice someone pretending to be another user replying to someone, inform the potential victim and report the scammer to @moderation.bsky.app & @arttheft.bsky.social with links to the post(s) so they can be dealt with appropriately & efficiently. (4/4 🧵)

Please, please, PLEASE everyone in the art community, when someone replies to you regarding commissions/payments, make sure it's the original artist - look at the handle, make sure it matches perfectly, go to their profile & see if it's really them before committing & sending any payments. (3/4 🧵)
