Made the terrible mistake of contacting a company about curtains and shutters. Woman called me an idiot, was absolute chaos and fabric choices were dire, told me she had a magic tape measure you can’t buy (a Stanley tape measure 😂).
Now keeps ringing me (even on a Sunday). Never, ever again.

One of my bird feeders got a bit bent out of shape and needed a replacement part. Emailed and they said it was £7 p&p (bargain. It was a squirrel buster so they aren’t cheap ).
Lovely man on the phone said not to worry and he will post it out to me for free 😭

At Hyundai telling me to do it myself it’s no bother.
