3 straight nights without a prolonged period of time being up in the middle of the night - I may have finally regulated myself. Freeing up my mind from unnecessary thoughts has made a huge difference too.

Making changes before the New Year - first is focusing on what I already have and not what I want to have.
Sometimes things seem bigger than they really are because I blow them up. I still believe they are important but not the end of the world.

I will never be the type of person to run away from someone or difficult situation - especially when I feel it is important. Learning more and more that not many folks are the same. So much to think about to end 2024, but not afraid to face the future.

I can’t help but believe life gives you signs. Was thinking about someone and just being frustrated; when a song came on that I have listened to that reminds me of this someone and how things feel sometimes. It has been a battle lately and it really shouldn’t be.

Looking back at 2024, I really have taken a lot more chances than I used to - not sure how they will all play out, but not afraid of the outcome anymore - you can't win until you're not afraid to lose.
