I bought Batman #490 in Jan 1993 from the stand at Newtown Smoke Shop. I was mesmerized by the Riddler, my fave, on the cover (art by Travis Charest in the reply). These stands were common growing up and they changed my life forever. 33 years later, with childlike awe, I still love comic books 🤓
