This is the “everyone can invade anyone” doctrine. Once you cross that line, you don’t get to act shocked when China/Russia follow the same script. Condemn dictators, yes. But don’t torch the rule of law to do it.

Threatening a ‘second strike’ while offering no plan for ‘seizing power’ — and pairing it with U.S. oil companies leading investment — is the clearest tell: this is about control, not ‘liberation.
