Unlike Jack’s Santa costume, Gourdy’s design is completely unchanged from the original. Gourdy is sitting on his knees with his hands placed on Jack’s palms for more balance. He is looking at Jack with a big open-mouthed smile on his face, full of enthusiasm and excitement. The drawing is very lightly shaded, with a color similar to maroon or magenta for the background.
