Ugh, I feel tons better today already but I still feel so heavy from yesterday’s panic attack. I’m glad I did make sure I was fine and it actually wasn’t a heart issue but holy shit they weren’t lying when they said that it can feel like a heart attack

I also will make an addendum to this too; I don’t think everyone in ABA is some evil Cabal of people so I understand not every ABA therapist is bad. I know a lot of people want to help neurodivergent kids. That being said, there are definitely eugenic individuals in this field for sure lol

I’m sure it is hard when your kid has ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc. but teaching them to not be this at all, well, that also isn’t the answer. I implore you to try looking into dialectic therapy and to keep researching. This isn’t the answer you think it is
