Tis the season to declare, yet again, that while it's a most excellent show... The Bear is NOT a comedy. All the greatest dramas in both movies and TV (Succession, Terms of Endearment, Pulp Fiction) have solid laughs. As an awards voter, a writer and an audience member, this irks me every year.

Tis the season to declare, yet again, that while it's a most excellent show... The Bear is NOT a comedy. All the greatest dramas in both movies and TV (Succession, Terms of Endearment, Pulp Fiction) have solid laughs. As an awards voter, a writer and an audience member, this irks me every year.
