I’ve recently participated in a #LOTR themed monthly challenge held by #FMA. I tasked myself with creating the Arkenstone on dwarven treasure.

Learnt a lot from this project! Using Subsurface Profile and properly using the Atlas Scatter node.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramic with gold. As part of a weekly challenge, I created a procedural Kintsugi material in #substancedesigner and rendered it in #ue5. I'm extremely pleased with how these turned out!

Something I found out yesterday. If you have multiple output sets in #SubstanceDesigner you set the `Group` Label and then select the group in the export window. Super useful :D
