I think a lot about the scene in Pitch Perfect where Anna Kendrick is singing "Titanium" in the shower and then incredulously says to Brittany Snow "Wait, you know David Guetta?" - like he's some kind of underground niche artist and it always makes me laugh.

the problem with electing a new mayor is that, no matter how much they promise during the campaign, at the end of they day - they're still a politician like all the rest.

I don't know enough about how guitars work to say this coherently, but that thing that djent music tends to do where the guitars and bass both sound like they're only using the thickest bass strings and they're extremely loose.. i like that.
"progressive metalcore" seems to be a genre I am an extremely easy lay for because this new one from Unprocessed is a fucking bop.

Honestly I don't really blame Martin or Rothfuss for not putting out the last of their series. They've created something that generated unthinkable amounts of fans and they've seen what y'all are like when you don't get a thing that 1000% lives up to your impossible expectations. So like... fuck it?
