WVAEA Region 6 Chair Ellen Culler spoke at the National Art Honor Society-Wheeling Park High School's Induction ceremony. Thank you to teachers-Russ Schultz & Stefani Freeman for their support of these young artists. 20 students were inducted. (Many of which she had in elementary school)
