TONIGHT we return to Raoul Peck's ORWELL: 2+2=5 at 7:00pm! Tonight only we will be presenting the film with open captions. This is the penultimate screening of Orwell for us, with the one last screening being on Thanksgiving Day.

TONIGHT is the second of our four total shows of Raoul Peck's ORWELL: 2+2=5! Showtime 7:00pm.

After tonight, Orwell returns this Sunday (11/16), which show will feature open captions (the only one of our four screenings of it that will), and then the fourth and final show is Thanksgiving Day.

TONIGHT our brief Hal Hartley retro continues with his sophomore feature, 1990's TRUST, at 7:00pm! Reteaming with The Unbelievable Truth star Adrienne Shelly, between those two films we see Hartley beat down a path later followed by Anderson, Baumbach, Stillman, etc. OOP on physical! Hard to stream!

TONIGHT at 7:00pm is THE UNBELIEVABLE TRUTH, the first of three Hal Hartley classics we're running before we premiere his new one next week. Unbelievable is a key text in the 90s American independent cinema boom (despite being from 1989...) and unavailable to legally stream. Don't miss your chance!

TONIGHT and TOMORROW Hong Sangsoo's current release BY THE STREAM returns for its final two shows! With Kim Minhee and Kwon Haehyo. Showtime 7:30pm. Consensus from our Hong regulars after last week's preview is that this one is one of his best ever--everyone was aglow after the screening.
