The Folk Marathon runs Feb 2-8, 2026. On Feb 4, 4-6pm, Emily Gary hosts "Not All About The Bass: Carol Kaye." A linchpin of the LA recording scene from the late 1950s-70s, Kaye appeared on thousands of songs. In 2025 she rejected induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
