Cambs wildlife sound recording society gifted this picture of David taken in the 90s. Victor C Lewis’ birdsong recordings became David’s source for transcription, analysis and composition. Fanfare to be premiered a week today is based on Lewis’ recording of a corn bunting 🎶 in Wiltshire on 21.7.63
