A highlight of today's mail - @jennocal.bsky.social 's new book about REAR WINDOW! It may be we all need to "get outside [our] own house and look in for a change," but I'm looking forward to staying in and reading this soon!

If you have not seen the documentary THE GREEN GIRL about Susan Oliver, I highly recommend it - I knew nothing about her other than her turn as Vina, but she had a fascinating career #MeTVStarTrek

The Star Trek characters watching Star Trek now watch the Talosians watch Star Trek... It gets very meta #MeTVStarTrek

Sorry, Una, but maybe you can play Enterprise bingo while we're gone #MeTVStarTrek

Screen off, I don't want to see that goofy transparent warp drive effect, or hear Pike groan incongruously about women on the bridge #MeTVStarTrek

"And do what?" "Well, for one thing, go flip pancakes and watch old science fiction movies!" #MeTVStarTrek

Mendez "and your personal friend" sounds so bitter, like he has none himself ;) #MeTVStarTrek

Spock "has again waived counsel" - they cut the scene where he "further, waived the right to this hearing" #MeTVStarTrek

Starfleet CCTV really does have the highest production values! (Yet "no vessel makes recordings that precise") #MeTVStarTrek

I like how Nichelle Nichols plays that beat - she cannot believe what's going on #MeTVStarTrek

They really should give those shuttles larger windshields :) #MeTVStarTrek
