Changing your opinion on people/things/events due to new information is actually very normal and usually a sign that you're capable of critical thought. You don't have to "ride or die" something just because you enjoyed it once upon a time.
You actually don't need to support bad things and bad people just cause you have nice nostalgic feelings around it. Like, it's very possible and healthy to form attachments to things that aren't shrouded in evil ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

The fact that when I go to the Sendai Girls show in November I'm probably going to get to see Meiko wrestle and Lena and Veny might have the tag titles??? Oh I am going to sob at this show and I cannot wait. I'm so glad I went out of my way to make sure I got to this show.
