I don't get the Yuya thing. He is okay, but I don't think he is better than Oiwa, Shota, Yota, Gabe, plus more. He is a fine wrestler. But the internet consensus doesn't scan for me.
But even if it did, should've had #G1Climax win? A given that he'll main even the Dome? Seems pretty fast for NJPW.

I don't doubt NJPW for its long-form storytelling. Other companies could rarely do what they achieve. Especially compared to American wrestling.
So I can sit in the discomfort & be patient. I might not personally like who is on top. But the pay off when someone comes in who I do like will be sweet!

I have loved this #G1Climax35. I am a huge Takeshita fan. He has had some of my favourite matches this tournament. But I didn't want him to make it to the final.

I got my tickets for AEW Forbidden Door in August. It took a while to decide to go (very tempted with Glasgow), but it was Forbidden Door that got me into New Japan wrestling which is now my beloved promotion and might not get the opportunity again.
Very excited now I have tickets and hotel booked!

Gotta say the last month of AEW has been awesome. Everything in the run up to Grand Slam in Australia was brilliant and the show was great!
I hope they do it again and maybe even make it a PPV event Australia. The crowd were awesome and as a viewer it was so fun to see people enjoying it so much.
