So I have been busy this summer doing something known as the Chillswim Triple Crown. On count up/dwn I believe I came 5th in the Mens 50-54 age group. Great set of summer race bling though 💪🏊🏻♂️💨💨🤩 #thewatchneverlies

Soooo… my new life as #notanacademic begins… This coming Thursday is my last pay check! However the morning routine remains in place as I have Chillswim Windermere End-2-End (11 miles) to train for 💪🏊🏻♂️💨 the #watchneverlies saga continues….
