I'm glad to be going to uni again after so long, but if there's one thing I didn't miss was the noise... I'm way too sensitive to noise, especially loud chatter, it was impossible to work even with earplugs in... and let's not talk about the headaches...

It felt really nice when a guy wanted to give me €5 at work because (and I quote) I "did an incredible job". I unfortunately couldn't accept the tip, because we're just not allowed, and we're watched through cameras. (also, tipping is generally €2 max where I live, for an exceptional service)

You know, the problem with working in fast-food, is that I personally really don't like fast-food. So at the end of my shift, even if it lasted 7+ hours on a Saturday afternoon (busiest time where I work), I still won't be hungry at all.
