If dictatorships and authoritarian regimes are not good governments, why would you trust them in private businesses? Join (or form!) a worker cooperative and participate in a worker owned and operated institution where everyone has a say.

Community is the most important thing we have as human beings. Community and connections are what give us meaning and purpose. During difficult times make an extra effort to check on the people you care about or may be at risk. We must stand together or we will all fall alone.

Worker Cooperatives are a great alternative to oligarchy. Incentivizing equality and promoting democracy in the workplace is a great way to prevent extremely concentrated wealth, power, and influence that lead to authoritarianism and oligarchy.

Just a friendly reminder that all workers rights and safety regulations were paid for with the lives of those brave enough to fight for them.
