If Autism is a spectrum, where "super into trains" is red and "totally mute" is purple I'm an indigo. Subjected to recurring hearing tests (it was the 70's in the south in the army, autism wasn't on the radar), I remember the day I chose to speak. It was a recognition of an obligation I never wanted

WorldCon is in the bag. Lots of great connections made, learned a lot about where the industry is by just talking to everybody about #larp, and got to share a few bits of it with the curious. We have room to improve, but rose to the challenge and moved the needle.

While discussing #larp @ WorldCon this week, someone told me they preferred that their larp content was provided by people who aren't paid, that, as she put it, do it just for the love of it.
I don't get why this particular art form should be unpaid. Anybody wanna explain that?

Pants! Got some cleaning up and last bits to do, but basically, yeah. Those pleats are so crisp. Hard to tell there's 50% more surface area than shown.
