100% agree that ian’s proposition was reckless and impossible but at the end of the day standing his ground about not going back to the gang was a step he needed to take to set up healthy boundaries for himself. regardless, dyk needs to start tying up loose ends or the ending won’t be as satisfying.

alas, all ian knows is that tj doesn’t love him as loudly and proudly as jo does which gave him the highs whenever he’s with jo. he doesn’t know about tj’s sacrifices and if he does, he thinks they don’t matter that much because as far as ian is concerned, the gang don’t mean that much to him.
