In 2015, The Catastrophic Theatre presented Mickle Maher's hilarious and heartbreaking play "The Hunchback Variations." I directed and played Quasimodo; my dear friend Jeff Miller played Beethoven.

It was revived in 2016, in a lecture hall at the University of Houston.

In 2020, I directed a short film script I had written 10 years prior. Inspired by the unlikely pairing of East German playwright Heiner Müller and the old b+w two-reel comedies of the early 20th century, it resembled a Laurel & Hardy short written and directed by Lars von Trier.

One of the functions of art is to remind the individual of the uniqueness of each moment.

If you count just the bad stuff, and the things that don't matter, I'm a guy who's got it all!
