UPDATE: Red Line: Trains are single tracking between Farragut North and Judiciary Square because of a track obstruction at Farragut North. Some trains will turn back at Noma-Gallaudet to minimize train traffic. Expect delays in both directions.

· Rail: OTP improved; 96% of trips were faster than 3 months ago
· Bus: Sept. OTP saw best recorded numbers in 4 years
· Access: Fewer than 1.8% trips missed; OTP above 90%
· Rail: OTP improved; 96% of trips were faster than 3 months ago
· Bus: Sept. OTP saw best recorded numbers in 4 years
