I absolutely love the ability to give gifts. One of my favorite things is to watch somebody open a gift I brought and the joy that crawls across their faces…I just love it!

Someone called me asking if their parents had a policy. They seen in their phone I called quite a bit. It broke my heart to tell this person who was already crying that their parent never put anything into place despite me talking to them for hours and hours for months.
