Back in Barcelona next week. Let's see if I finally visit the Gabriel García Márquez Public Library (and get a card?)

I made a line chart with 438 series because I dislike the advice to avoid too many series, and also the 2555-series limit in Excel. #datavis

"Memória" in Rosalía's album is indeed a beautiful song. Among several others.

Unpopular opinion: The Ramones only composed two songs: Baby I Love You, then another one with random lyrics.

Should we consider this #datavis humor? (The Vicar of Dibley).

A minha primeira escolha é "Bulhão".

#datavis is just something you sort of do. You have to be sort of intelligent (if you were really intelligent, you'd be doing something else). You have to make charts fairly well (if you designed really well, you’d be a designer). 1/2

Well, don't know if you can recognize Denmark @miskaknapek.bsky.social :) (I'm using grid codes that behave better with a nice rectangle like PT, and I'm too lazy, I mean busy, to make manual adjustments). Apparently the increase in GDD is in east Jylland. Does it make sense?

Famous scene in Portuguese movie: the woman, a data analyst, asks for some data. The man at the statistics office says they don't have it. Then I want a basket of unsupported opinions, she says. This repeats in loop.

(OK, it's snacks, not data, and a glass of wine, not a basket of opinions.)
