I've had a lot of stressors come up over the past few years that I have no idea how to explain... To the point that I start to question my own sanity.

And within a few weeks, things have happened that made me realize that yes, they are real, they are nearly impossible to navigate, and they suck.

My blood pressure has been way too high this week.
