Wife was saying that she never feels like she stands out from a crowd when she is with her girlfriends, like she is"cute" but not "stunning"
I knew what she meant, but I realized this was a totally feminine way to view attraction. The masculine version (in my experience) is much different.

Okay so what are beliefs actually?
I think we confound them with opinions, but I had a conversation w/ a friend a while back and he said "I had no choice but to believe it" and I was like "yeah that's how beliefs work lol"

Holding beliefs loosely is such a strange concept that I don't feel we have really come to terms with yet, its not as if we choose our beliefs, they are more subtle than that.
